School Supplies

  School supplies are distributed the week prior to the start of school to assist families with obtaining some of the supplies requested by teachers. Due to limitations in availability, supplies are only distributed to students in Kindergarten-12 th grade.

Eligibility

  Parent/Guardian must meet with one of the case workers prior to the program to determine eligibility. Proof of Putnam County residency, income verification, social security numbers and/or birth certificates for each household member are required at the time of intake.
