Who are we?

 

Putnam Community Action Partnership (CAP), is a component of Westchester Community Opportunity Program (WestCOP).

 

WestCOP was founded in 1965 under the Economic Opportunity Act, and is a private not-for-profit multi-service organization serving the lower Hudson Valley. In 1986 WestCOP expanded services into Putnam County, NY when it opened Putnam CAP.

 

Our mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources, through partnerships and collaborations, to help low-income and at-risk populations achieve greater self-sufficiency.
