FOOD PANTRY ELIGIBILITY

A scheduled new client intake is required of all families/individuals interested in accessing the pantry.
The following documentation is required at the intake meeting with the Case Worker:

-
Proof of residency in Putnam County, i.e.: utility bill and/or lease/mortgage (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
-
Proof of income for each household member, i.e.: pay stubs or letter from employer, unemployment statement, disability award letter (SSI/SSD), public assistance statement, child support agreement
-
Proof of household composition; i.e. birth certificates, passports for each household member

Once the new client intake has been completed, clients do not need to make appointments when accessing the pantry in the future.
